DO NOT GO HERE. WORSE DOCTOR I'VE EVER BEEN TO. I was fooled by the good reviews on here. So bad that i am taking the time to leave this warning to others: It's like a third world country medical experience. No systems, dirty, rude physician's assistant (Cinthia Monteas, who was unprofessional, literally threatened me when I was trying to take notes so I don't forget medical terms, turns out she was so bad that there was nothing important to remember anyway), and the patient check in room was so dirty, with blood sample tubes laying around freely, with multiple sick patients sharing the same small room to be checked in. I had to tell the same most basic info to 5 different people, they have no systems, huge waste. The PA Cinthia Monteas was so rude, literally rolled her eyes and talked down to me "oh mhmm we dont need be doin dat uh huh" like she didnt graduate high school. she had no medical knowledge is an understatement, i feel bad for patients that dont know any better. it… gets way worse too.

I have seen Dr.Moncayo and her husband Dr. Duarte for about 15 years but I'm so disappointed with my last visits that I have to let people know who Dr.Moncayo and her staff have become. These people charge copay for physical exams that are supposed to be covered by the insurance 100%. They would charge you another copay fee for reading your lab results and there is no way to avoid it because they force you to make an appointment and go back to the office ,that way they can charge you again. If they make a mistake and make you go back to get another blood test because they don't know what happened to the previous one you took,they will charge you again. They do not call you back to follow on anything that has to do with your health issues,blood works or medications. They have a lady that harasses you on the phone telling you to schedule appointments and saying that your annual physical exam is due and that is time to go back when is not time yet.Why ? to keep collecting… money. Dr Moncayo has been the most unprofessional and rude doctor I have ever seen and talked to on my last visit in which my daughter had an appointment as well. She always orders my daughter to get a complete blood test and this time she didnt. I have paid for a physical exam in which I thought she was going to follow the same procedures as previous years and when I go back for the results she only got tested for vitamin D. I respecfully asked why and if it was possible to get it done without me having to go back and PAY again .... and she was very rude and defensive.she kicked me and my daughter out of the room and she refused to read my blood test results because of my complains and questions. In addition to to her lack of ethic ,she sent us two certified dismissal letters in which she highlights that she will not longer provide her rude service to us.

She's very pleasant and professional. I bring my son to see her too, she is also very caring.

She is very pleasant and instantly instills a sense of trustworthiness..I am generally very intimidated by doctors visits...and this was one of the least intimidating experiences I have had with a doctor. I am the sort who will avoid drs out of fear of the ordeal of the visit..but I think that I will be less leery of going to a dr. when I feel that I need to in the future. I would be happy to have her as my GP..she seems thus far to be open-minded and sympathetic.
