my name is Frank HERNANDEZ andI had Dr. Sonia Sethi prescribe some antibiotics for me with a pick line to follow She never signed the release forms to have the pick line taken out when I’m done with my aNTIBIOTICS I am done with them. She is. The worst doctor to get a hold of I’ve called at least six different numbers on her. They can’t find her or they don’t know who she is her office number has been disconnected. Palmdale regional cannot find her,the phone number that’s on there for my ANTIBIOTICS is not her number. I hope she gets this and realize how much I’m going through. I never got an OK to take this out and I’m highly upset. I’m ready to sue this doctor and possibly even have her license taken away. I’ve left numerous messages around for her to call me back I don’t know if they’re her numbers, but I have not gotten any responses. looks like I might have to go to Palmdale regional ER to have it taken out and if it comes to that I will notify the doctors association. This is… ridiculous. Nobody should have to go through this……..
