My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Vinas for 15+ years. Dr. Vinas is an excellent physician. She is detail oriented, ensures all test are run, and follows up on anything that may come back abnormal. She has a great bed side manner, however, it has proven to be a challenge to get in to see her. She does not have any early hours nor extending hours. She does not even have any weekend hours! So if you are a working parent, you really will have a difficult time getting your child in to see her without taking off from work. I just tried calling there today, to get my daughter in for a emergency visit. I was told the only time they could give me was 1:00 p.m. today to be treated, because the doctor will not be available after 2pm. I work in Manhattan, and getting out of work and back to Brooklyn by 1pm would be virtually impossible. I will be forced to take my daughter to urgent care today, because of Dr. Vinas' inflexible schedule. Again, Dr. Vinas is a good doctor but her… schedule needs to be extended. My daughter is relatively healthy. She only goes in for the occasional check up an immunizations. I would hate to think what would happen if she needed to see Dr. Vinas more often and regularly???

She is an excellent doctor would recommend to anyone.
