Great doctor and excellent bedside manner. Listens to her patients.

I showed up on time to my appointment. They told me that I needed to be there 30 minutes prior to the appointment to fill out paperwork. Then they sent me away. Rules are rules, but they had no other patients in the office. Seems crazy to me. I missed 2 hours of work for nothing.

Terrible bedside manner. Doesn't address concerns and never calls back with test results. Gets annoyed when you call her and finally reach her. I have never gone to such a cold and uncaring doctor in my life. She delayed me getting a biopsy for 7 months due to not calling back with test results. And when I got upset that my treatment was delayed by her, she called me a nervous wreck. Who wouldn't be nervous if it was recommended that you get a biopsy and you didn't even know!? And then the biopsy was delayed months because she couldn't be bothered to make a phone call. They should revoke her license.

I would never recommend, or ever go to this doctor again. Worst experience I have ever had. Doctor, and staff are horrible, never get call backs after she sends you for x-ray, MRI, or other tests. Secretary is horrible in letting doctor know you called ,and ignore any concerns their patients have. Even if doctor would know that you called does not even care to bother to worry about it. Called her office three times to get to see the doctor after all my tests were complete, and no response back.

Dr. Adam has been very thorough with her questions asked and truly cares about your well being. She listens, offers suggestions and reassures you that you will feel better. She will order tests and follow up to make sure you get the best possible care and the proper diagnosis. She has even called the next day to see how you are doing. I have been very impressed and pleased with Dr. Adam, I have total confidence in her abilities as a physcian.
