Dr. Sonya Shellene Addison, MD

The staff have been helpful and kind. Dr. Addison has been an excellent provider for both myself and my late wife.

I have to say that Dr. Addison's office staff are the rudest that I have ever encountered. They do not pass along information to her and they do not return calls. Dr. Addison really isn't reflected in their VERY POOR customer service...or maybe she wants it that way?

It has been 5 days since I have called to get results from her on my husbands test!! The hospital called their results into her the same day and i cannot get the results. She has not given us the results and her office is very unkind and unprofessional. The nurses and the people who answer the phone are so unkind and uncaring and unprofessional. I have made an appointment with my endocrinologist for my husband...we will never set foot in that office again.

If you want to see a doctor who rushes through your exam and lacks any compassion or understanding Dr. Addison is just the right fit. She couldn't have been more callous or cold. She treated me like I was wasting her valuable time. I will keep looking until I find a doctor with some human compassion and warmth and I suggest that you do the same.
