Total scam. Didn't even do an exam for basic issues before sending me for unnecessary tests. Then I never got results. Someone I never heard of called from a private line to say I guess your tests are ok. They then scanned it and sent 1/2 the report from a personal email. Don't go here!

I went to this place complaining of pelvic pain and frequent urination. The doctor did NO TESTS to rule out a URI or BV which are the most common causes for this problem. Instead, they just sent me for an unnecessary ultrasound. It took 2 days of calling the office to try to get results. When I finally got a call back it was from ??? maybe a receptionist? I am not sure other than no one told me the results. This person said, “I guess it’s ok” do you want me to send it to you. They sent a crooked scan of 1 of 2 pages from their private email-No security, no My Chart, not even from the clinic itself. HIPPA laws don’t matter to this dump. I had to go buy a drugstore test to find out it’s something easily treatable with antibiotics. This place is a total scam. Be your own advocate and PLEASE DO NOT GO TO DR THOMAS!

Front desk person is RUDE! Also, I was sent to the wrong location.

16 year ago I was a patient of dr Thomas. She was very ethical and very approachable and caring. I am proud to write this review because she very well deserves it! She is not only in my memories, but also in my son’s.

She is the best the staffs are the best.she take her time with her patiance.she explain eveything an she always no how to put a smile on her patiance face.she is one of the best.people. get made about. waitting try cookcounty hospital then.she is only one person.and she is the best.

Dr. Thomas really made a difference with my pregnancy. I was unsatisfied with the physician I was seeing during my first pregnancy. I switch to Dr. Thomas after 3 visits with my old OB and the difference was night and day. She took time to explain to me what was happening and what to expect. She gave me reassurance and comfort. The wait for all of my appointments was reasonable and the staff was very professional.

First the waiting room isn't as clean as it should be. Cramped with some cheap chairs. The office staff are mostly cold, quick, and to the point. Every time I've gone, I had to at least wait 40min extra. The last time I went, I waited 2 hours! Dr. Thomas is sweet but is always in a rush which leaves you to feel like a hassle and uncomfortable. Since she is rushed, she isn't very informative. You really have to rely on yourself to ask her question if you wanna know anything. It shouldn't be that way! Especially since people can be so shy about asking questions. For my personal problem, Dr. Thomas wasn't very informed herself which was shocking since it was a very very common issue. I would not recommend her to anyone. Also, I'm not sure why people wait so long if she's always in a rush.
