You don't want an M.D. lording over your health, giving you the impression that they're doing you a favor by seeing you. What was good: 1. Scheduling availability 2. Initial thoroughness (she tested both CNS and PNS) 3. Her reasoning was sound. She is logical. What was bad: 1. Her ability to listen and communicate in spoken English is well below average. 2. Poor bedside manner. Neurological diseases are terrifying. You don't want someone with the emotional intelligence of a potato guiding you through the Dx process. 3. No follow-up. Took about 10-15 business days after the radiologist completed his readings and several nagging phone calls at each step of the process ( scheduling, records transfer, and then follow-up) before I heard back from her. Did not provide any recommendations for a treatment plan. Did not explain the Dx.
