Dr. Sotirios Kassapidis, MD

My mother has experienced shortness of breath since 2021. Until 2025, I placed all my trust in this doctor, which proved a significant mistake. During this time, he treated my mother for COPD. My sister and I eventually realized that our mother was not improving; we took her to another doctor, obtained chest images, and discovered stage 4 lung cancer. Before seeking a second opinion, I discussed her persistent shortness of breath with Dr. Kassapidis, who informed me that at 89, not much more could be done. He negligently misdiagnosed my mother, which was unrelated to her age. Had the cancer been detected earlier by this doctor, my mother's outcome would likely have been much better. Now, my siblings and I are praying that the new doctors can still save her. This is blatant medical malpractice at its core !!!

His friendly but greedy

LIC patient here. I am tired of feeling unimportant at this place. They seem to have tons of patients, so perhaps one less person doesn't matter, but I am seriously going to search for another doctor. Front desk is too busy to answer calls, to inform you about your reports, doctor is too passive, kinda blah...just there to write prescriptions? Long waiting periods to make appointments, to see doctor...Nah. I am outta here. I deserve better & until I find a caring, compassionate physician, I will keep looking.

So hard to get in touch with the office. Doctor is not readily available. That can be a turn-off.

Dr Kassapidis does not jump to conclusions,, listens to his patients and acts accordingly, excellent diagnostician.

a doctor that has more on his plate than he could handle or / but his ego won't allow him to see it. getting info from his is like pulling teeth. he looks down on everyone including his staff
