I'm able to talk with Dr Pan openly about my health care. She makes recommendations based on our discussions and provides excellent care in a professional manner. She also respects my concerns and decisions that I make regarding my health care. I use MyChart for questions, prescription renewals and review of any tests I have. She is always very prompt in responding with script renewals or feedback on test results. She is an excellent PCP in my opinion.
