Dr. Spencer Ryan Idstein, MD

Dr. Idstein is the most thorough physician in his assessment. His follow up after testing is fabulous. He is a kind and wonderful person as well.

Writing review for my significant other who saw Dr. Idstein for a short period. My partner saw this Dr regarding numbness/tingling in his harm and other concerns. During the first visit, the Dr didn’t seem to truly grasp my partner’s concerns. It took multiple phone calls to their office to even get the lab results. The second visit, consisted of the same information being shared that was shared in the first appointment. The dr suggested physical therapy, referred my partner somewhere, that PT office informed my partner that they do not accept his insurance and that Dr. Idstein was made aware and would refer him somewhere else. Two weeks passed and he heard nothing from the Dr or their office. He has tried calling them multiple times and has left messages inquiring about what to do. This doctor does not care about his patient’s needs and the communication is poor.

Dr. Idstein does not follow up with his patients. He does not refill medications for days. He requested tests and does not call to let the patient know the results. This is typical of all the drs in this office. My family is seeing 3 of the 4 doctors in this practice and we have the same results with them all. We are currently seeking a new practice.

Dr. Idstein is fantastic. He is prompt and friendly and genuinely cares about his patients. Scheduling at the office is easy and all the staff are friendly. Even with some unpleasant procedures with our son, Dr. Idstein did great with him and helped him (and us) feel as comfortable as possible.

Dr. Id stein is the most thorough Doctor I have ever seen!
