Dr. Cassinelli was awesome. He listened to what I had to say, and prescribed a very conservative treatment plan. He was respectful, approachable, considerate, and very knowledgeable. His assistant was named Taylor. She was also pleasant, knowledgeable, approachable, considerate, and respectful. I would certainly go back and see him if my problem doesn’t correct itself. I would also recommend him to others.

Yeah well today has been my month and 14 day mark of having my Achilles Tendon surgery and I got my stitches out and my splint cast off and I got to get rid of those stupid crutches finally. I get to walk too slow and carefully now. Doc says it all looks great and it's doing a awesome job healing too. He was proud of me for my quick recovery and healing also. This man has no business practicing medicine. He did a below knee amputation over a year ago. About four months into I developed a festering wound at the amputation site. He did nothing about it for five months. No x-rays, no antibiotics, no MRI, NOTHING. Pure malpractice. I have had to find another doctor and he tells me my bone is now infected and may require another surgery. Casinnelli has ruined my life. He has destroyed my job, my savings, and emotionally. Avoid him and Reno Orthopedic Clinic at all costs.
