Dr. Spiro Yacoub Kassis, MD

This doctor has lost his ability to practice medicine. Dr. Kassis has been recently in trouble with the law because of his over prescribing of medication and lack of ability to collect insurance in a proper manner. His office is closed and he has not even ethically contacted his patients as he should under all ethical codes as required by doctors prescribing pain medication.

Was informed that he is suddenly unable to prescribe medications

Dr. Kassis is a highly skilled Physician in his specialty. He is very approachable and generous with his time. I've never had any problems with scheduling or access to him and I've been with him for over ten years. I don't believe I could have done better.

Dr Kassis is a very good Doctor who cares about each and every patient. He understands what you are going through and wants to help you recover fully from your addiction. If you are really ready to stop taking Opioids and are willing to take your meds as prescribed by Dr Kassis. Give him a try, I know you will like him. On top of being a very good doctor he is a very nice and understanding person who only wants to help you to help yourself. Dr K will answer any and all questions you may have, don't be afraid to ask him anything. So if you are ready to get help he is the best, Period.

I see some bad comments on here with some false accusations. Dr Kassis is a generally caring and straight forward doctor. He's been helping me maintain a clean lifestyle for almost 2 years now. He listens to what I say and understands my needs. His office assistant Morgan is a great help and a pleasure to interact with as well. If you think his office is a pill mill or anything like that than obviously you went there with different expectations.

He takes the time to listen to you and understands your situation, he does call backs personally which is rare these days, and no matter how people are in his office we will take his time with you until you both come a clear understanding of what is expected or you. He has helped me tremendously with getting my life back on track.

When I first went in to see doctor kassis he was VERY caring and really seemed genuine in helping me as a patient. He was great and helped me more than any doctor has ever. He actually wanted to know what the issues were and how to correct them. Never once did he rush me out he sat and listened as if he was a counsler. If you want a real doctor go to him!

Dr. Kassis has been an excellent doctor for me. He developed a program suited to my needs and has kept me healthy for the past five years. He always makes time to discuss any issues I may have and is courteous and professional. He is easy to talk to and non-judgemental. My insurance does not cover his services and his charges have always been honest and fair. I couldn't ask for a better doctor. I would feel comfortable recommending Dr. Kassis to anyone,

Dr Kassis is kind and caring. He goes out of his way for his patients. I was very surprised by the negative comment posted. He has gone out of his way to help my brother in law several times when money was tight. My husband and I both see him, and he is always pleasant and never rushes us off the phone.
