Horrible doctor

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Dr. office. Hearing Aids were suppose to be in office in 2 weeks. Waited 3 weeks and call to see if they were in. No they were not. After 6 weeks I went to the office and told them to just for get it, they kept telling me different excuses every time I called. Would not go to this office for hearing aids.

this office wasted my time. I drove all the way to this location to get daughter looked at for hoarseness , called even before to make sure they had information and to send any new patient info.. NEVER RECEIVED THAT either.. Main issue came there and was told after driving for an 800 appointment in morning traffic for 45 mins. that the doctor don't think the scope can be used to check my daughter throat. he apologize rather send me to a pedi ent.. OK WHY no one communicated before hand when I called over 3 times to confirm this appointment and explained my complaint. horrible service... don't go there if you can help it.. unorganized business no wonder so quick availability.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Donepudi. He was very gentle and considerate while cleaning my ears, and called me with lab results in a very timely manner--I can't imagine the results had even been finalized for more than 30 minutes before he called me. Answers all questions without "talking down" to me, and I feel confident in his skills and knowledge. Very prompt. Was able to schedule a next day appointment for my first time seeing him. Staff was courteous and professional. Very pleased to have found such a wonderful ENT.
