I had a deeply upsetting experience with this provider. I arrived at my appointment in severe physical pain. Instead of providing proper patient education or compassionate care, this provider was actively condescending, dismissive, and verbally disrespectful regarding my difficulty operating a medical device.Furthermore, the documentation of the visit is highly inaccurate, misrepresenting my actual distress and symptoms. The clinical treatment plan also contained duplicate medication errors, instructing me to simultaneously take two identical prescriptions. This provider lacks professional communication skills, empathy, and adequate standards of care. I have filed a formal grievance with the network member services and strongly warn other patients to seek a different provider who respects patient dignity.

I had a very bad experience with this doctor, she came in the exam room, very angrily, not looking at me directly, just typing on computer screen, literally standing for 5 minutes and then left. She told me to go to ER VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE DOCTOR CONDSCENDING. IT DOESN MEAN THAT YOU ARE A DOCTOR , YOU GET TO ABUSE PATIENTS AND TALK DOWN ON PATIENTS.

This is the feedback about Dr . Sreyasi Bhattacharya. Unfortunately, my experience with this doctor was extremely disappointing and distressing. Throughout the appointment, the doctor was rude, irate, dismissive, and repeatedly spoke to me in a demeaning manner. Despite remaining polite, respectful, and cooperative, I felt that I was constantly being put down rather than listened to as a patient. During the visit, the doctor stated that she was "the doctor" and had "authority" over me. I found these comments to be intimidating, unnecessary, and completely inappropriate in a patient-provider relationship, which should be based on mutual respect and communication. The doctor did not perform an adequate evaluation or physical examination, did not meaningfully assess my symptoms, and did not prescribe or recommend any treatment or medication. Instead, she abruptly ended the appointment, left the examination room, and instructed her medical assistant to tell me to go to the Emergency… Room without providing any explanation or discussing her clinical reasoning with me. I found this encounter to be highly unprofessional and unacceptable. Patients deserve to be treated with dignity, to have their concerns taken seriously, and to receive an appropriate medical evaluation before being dismissed. This experience undermined my trust in the care I expected to receive and caused me significant emotional distress.
