Panja is great but his staff is the worst especially Levannah his office manager!! What a way to ruin a good doctors reputation

I'm sure Dr Panja is good at his profession, HOWEVER...his STAFF is RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL...trying to set an appointment is ridiculous, the staff treats you like it's a privilege to come see this Dr. Not sure I want to waste my time here. Jennifer should be FIRED !!! NOT IMPRESSED

Dr. Panja was excellent. He took the time to explain my situation, was very nice, polite and knowledgeable. There is a recording that is played before someone answers the office phone that is so low and faint that I couldn't understand a word. Someone in the office suggested that maybe the problem was my hearing. No, my hearing is fine, but they need to turn up the volume on that recording.

Dr. Panja takes the time to answer questions and address patient concerns with patience and understanding. Truly, he made me feel like I was his only patient. He is respectful, courteous and I feel that he really listens to me when I tell him about my symptoms. He was there for me when I needed an urgent prescription refill and has always been prompt in responding to my needs through the patient portal. His staff is equally nice and efficient. A big thank you to you and your staff, Dr Panja.

Hello, I agree that Dr. Panja is a great doctor. but I should add this comment as all the time during the last years, his office is the worst ever, not possible to speak to anyone in the office or get appointment by phone. they never called me back when I left the messages, not possible to speak to when you need refill and ....

He has taken care of my whole family and myself since we all have the sugar issue. Would not see anyone else. Best bed side manner ever.

He is a very good doctor I have been with him since I found out I have sugar.
