Dr. Srividya Venigalla, MD

Judemental, rude, didn’t take the time to talk with me about my current condition. Absolutely no help whatsoever. I’ve worked with some of the most amazing physicians and been treated by great doctors as well. I was shocked after I had my first appt with her. Dr. Venigalla appears like she just doesn’t care and is ready to go home and/or retire. She degraded my job. I was almost in tears after my new patient appointment. It is very sad to have physicians like her.

Ive seen Dr Venigalla about 3 times and each time, I felt like she didnt really care about why I was there... she was more concerned with me scheduling an overdue pap smear... I was there to discuss my fainting spells and kidney issues... She just wasnt interested and cut me off to talk about her agenda.... So frustrating!

If you disagree with what she diagnoses during your appt. this upsets her. I ONLY saw her for 7 visits in ten months. THEN, when I sent an E-mail to her, HER MA made a health decision on me, w/o even showing the E-mail to the doctor first. I called United Healthcare to report what the medical assistant had done, the MA was then let go OUT of the Legacy practice, THEN, I was OUSTED from any future care from this Legacy Clinic. I'm 78 yrs old, Have Thyroid Issue & am Diabetic. NO help yet- for getting future prescriptions, until I can FIND a new for me-doctor.

I tried seeing Dr. Venigalla a few times and never was able to develop a sense of rapport. I found her to be much like other mediocre primary care doctors I've tried seeing. She's willing to prescribe medication for various symptoms, but not willing to go the extra mile to determine the cause of your symptoms. I got the sense that she didn't take my concerns seriously. She ran a few standard yearly tests and then told me she couldn't help me any further.
