Wonderful doctor. Caring and a;ways listens. Very thorough.

She's a decent doctor. Had seen her for couple of yrs.; however, her scheduling staff & her schedule accommodation are terrible. I arrived to my appt & getting notified that I don't have an appt. & she doesn't have another appt. till Aug., which is past my annual physical due date. I was also forced to announce my birthday in an open waiting room. This is a violation of HIPPA.

I would not recommend this doctor. Although she is nice I will not be going back to see her anymore. She missed an accurate diagnosis for me and never follows up. Also, I always have to call about my test results.

Dr. Kastl was professional and listened. Stonebrooke staff however were rude and talked back to me after I spoke up when the wrong blood test was ordered. I had gone in twice prior to getting my blood drawn and they said they hadn't ordered the proper equipment yet. I stilll had to pay the copay each time. I had terrible customer service treatment with multiple staff members. In addition, when my nlood test came back positive for arthritis, I sought out a specialist and the initial blood test was incorrect, causing me more money and time.

Dr. Kastl is very nice and soft spoken but I thought a followup call would have been approriate since she sent me to a specialist.

Overall, I think this is a tremendously responsible office. I work and they accommodate my schedule with evening and Saturday appointments. I never wait to get in when I am sick. I do not understand why anyone would rate their office staff low to average. It is a very responsive, friendly, professional place. Dr. Kastl has excellent credentials and was the Chief Resident during her training -- meaning she was the tops in her class during medical training.
