Dr. Stacey Blair Knobler, MD

Love Dr. Knobler, she was kind, thorough and very knowledgeable.

After 6 - 7 months of being openly belittled and talked down to, I fired Dr. Knobler. Her staff is extremely rude and the waiting room was always messy. She was never on time to any of the appointments and often ran up to 20 minutes late. I think she was on time once, maybe twice, if I remember correctly. She did not address all of the problems my son was having nor did she resolve the issue she was most singly focused on. She wasn't even the slightest bit sympathetic of the frustrations that come along with having an ADHD/autistic child! She prescribed medications that cost several hundred dollars per fill each month, all while being fully cognizant of the fact that I do not have prescription coverage. I will admit she considered my financial standing once. I have reported her for fraud, as instructed per my insurance company, due to continuing to send me multiple bills and even collection notices for services/office visits that had already been paid in full by the insurance company… several months ago. This was not a pleasant experience and I DO NOT recommend you patronize her services. Save yourself the disrespect.

Dr. Knobler is the most caring and knowledgeable person. She is great with my son and has been treating him for the last 3 years. She is easy to talk to and actually takes the time to listen and answer your questions. She is prompt in returning calls and works with the entire family on any issues. Dr. Knobler was and still is)my god send with all of her continual help and support.

This is a great Dr. IF you don't mind waiting hours or sometimes days for return calls. Never getting requested information from her. Her staff is RUDE, the man in the office was so busy showing people behind the wall pictures on his cell phone and checking text messages that he didn't even know we had been standing there for 10 minutes to check in. Never mind the HUGE sign that says NO CELL PHONES IN THE OFFICE. Apparently that doesn't apply to staff only to patients and their parents that have to wait forever. I drove 45 miles to see her and was not the least bit happy when I could be there on time that she was always late.Her testing and bedside manner left a lot of room for improvement. She did not prepare us for a test that made our child have a seizure and as a result is terified to go to the Doctor now.
