Dr. Staci Kallish, DO

I was shocked by the lack of information we received during this visit. Dr. Kallish was arrogantly dismissive.

The absolute worst. Why does Penn continue to employ this person who gets a paycheck yet doesn’t help any of her patients. A petition needs to be started to remove this terribly useless joke of a doctor.

wish i could give zero stars. accused me of lying about family history, called my other doctors incompetent, refused to offer me testing, incredibly blatant and rude the entire time.

I waited 8 months for the most disappointing exam I've ever experienced to date. I was brushed off and Dr. Kallish made up her mind without much consideration of my entire life's experience. She refused to do any sort of further testing while implying that every other practioner I've seen is ignorant and her extremely brief exam was somehow superior because of who she is. Most bizarre experience I've had to date with ANY practioner. I will be seeking a second opinion as this practioner truly lives up to her worst reviews. I was hoping and praying she wouldn't and that these reviews were just left by upset patients. Well yea and rightly earned after my experience in her exam room. Avoid if you want actual answers or a practioner who is willing to actually listen to their paitent. I am grateful to have had a witness there with me to experience this "exam" with me. I am still baffled beyond believe by the entire experience inside this exam room today.

Do not waste your time! She is condescending and unprofessional. Does not care about you and will do nothing to help you - she assumes it’s all psychosomatic even though you have medical proof otherwise. Worst experience with a doctor I ever had.

She is is extremely dismissive, cold and rude. If I could rate zero stars I would. I was diagnosed at chop genetics for Glycogen storage disease type 9d. I was hospitalized for my disorder at chop and once I was discharged I was referred to continue getting seen out patient. One of my referrals was to see Dr. Kallish at Penn Medicine. Dr. Kallish refused to believe my diagnosis and said that there is no medical records of people having my symptoms with this disorder and that females don’t have it (which is false, I know other females as well who have this disorder and CHOP explained to me how I have it and that my symptoms are very common within this disorder). She told me my symptoms were just because of stress and was very rude, made me feel like I was crazy and that my pain was fake. She told me I was fine when obviously I am not or else I would have never been hospitalized for it. Traffic and the trip there is ridiculous and the appointment was a complete waste of my time and… money. It amazes me how she still has a job at penn especially with all the other negative reviews. Save yourself some time and money and PLEASE see literally any other doctor then Dr. kallish at Penn Medicine in Philadelphia.

She seemed very Aloof and condescending. She did a poor job of evaluating all 13 systems of Ehlers Danlos. In fact, she only knows of 8 systems and they were poorly diagnosed. I've been doing research on it for years and she didn't even touch base with half the questions necessary to make a good diagnoses. She was very cold and obviously didn't listen well to what I had to say. Her notes were all messed up and inaccurate. Now I have to find the time to write back and correct all her errors and send her updated medical information along with why I feel she diagnosed me poorly. Ugh. Long drive and a huge waste of OUR time.

I can’t believe this woman still has a job and at penn medicine no less! She did nothing for me, her bedside manner was horrible, she was cold and dismissive and spent 5 minutes with me after waiting months for an appt. she didn’t went to even see my records or the paper they sent me to fill out! I went for EDS which other specialists said I have and she laughed and literally said “a lot of people dislocate and it’s normal”! She is so uneducated. I’m mad and upset and she should be fired! Who treats patients like that?!

No bedside manner and no medial knowledge.. hard to believe that this docs is in practice!
