Dr. Stacy Jan Frankel, MD

I needed a dermatologist and was referred by a trusted doctor. I was extremely impressed by the professionalism I experienced. Front staff were excellent. They showed care and respect. Dr. Frankel was everything I ever wanted in a physician. Very glad I chose this office.

She is good at what she does, has found a few areas of concern and taken care of them in a fast professional way.

I was very satisfied with my experience with Dr. Frankel. I found her to be very down-to-earth, easy to converse with. I had visited 2 other dermatologists in the past year. One wanted to sell her own products and the other interrupted me constantly and was disrespectful. Dr. Frankel diagnosed my issue and addressed other unrelated concerns. At no time did I feel rushed and she exhibited no impatience. She was knowledgeable and I already have another appointment with her. My husband is going to start seeing her and I would like to take my teenage son as well. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Dr. Frankel called me promptly with my diagnosis and called in a script. Calling the office for refills was easy and successful.

this doctor seems to lack education in the field and seems to discriminate be scornful and discriminates.

Office wait was a bit long, but not bad. Waiting room was a bit crowded for the number of patients. Overall, though, Dr. Frankel does a great job diagnosing issues and taking care of them. She found skin cancer ands removed it, to my relief.
