Dr. Stacy Ostrow, MD

New to the area so finding a doctor you feel comfortable with can be very stressful and time consuming. Dr. Ostrow was very professional and very thorough for my Skin Cancer Full Body Exam. She puts you at ease and is very patient with all your concerns and really listens. So hard to find a doctor like her these days! She could not have been any nicer. Her assistant/nurse Linda was so down-to-earth and friendly yet very professional and efficient. From first checking-in to the time I scheduled another appointment the staff was all well-trained. They all seemed happy to be there and it makes a difference when you walk out the door as a patient feeling good about your experience. Thank you!

I have a family history of skin cancer. I am absolutely freaked out about finding a cancer on my scalp from years of surfing. Most dermatologists I have been to only look at things you point out to them. Dr Ostrow takes a much more comprehensive approach. She examines me from head to do with tiny glasses on! She spent over 30 min looking at every part of my scalp and skin. She has biopsies a few things and all negative ! Fingers crossed. She’s great!!!!

My wife and I both see Dr. Ostrow and she is very thorough and we recommend her to our friends.

My son goes to Dr. Ostrow's husband, so since he's smart and a good ophthalmologist, I figured his wife would be worth trying. She was kind of rude in the office, but I followed her advice for my dark skin spots by using bleaching cream for several months. When it didn't help a lot (which we anticipated), I took the next step and made an appointment with her for laser removal, as we had discussed. The appointment took two months and the day before it, her office called me and canceled, saying they couldn't get the laser tool needed and I should go see some other Dr. Ross in the office who does this more often (who also has a two month wait time). Thanks a bunch, Dr. Ostrow. Don't promise what you can't deliver--and make me wait two months to find out. Unprofessional!

She is a very bad doctor, and very rude. She was late for my appointment, and she seemed in a hurry. She didn't want to spend time listen to me nor talking with me. She likes to do biopsy on people and still don't know what's going on after the biopsy result came out. Her stitching skill is really bad. I don't recommend this doctor to anyone. If you like to have ugly scar on your face or any other part of your body, then go ahead and see her. She is very unprofessional and has no clue about what causes the rash.

Dr Ostrow is a gem. She really listens and is up to date on all of the new treatments. She is the only doctor who has been able to help my rosacea.

Really does not know what she is talking about. I knew i should be worried when her hands were shaking during surgery. No people skills. My skin procedure with her was the worst experience. She does not seem competent let alone professional. Would never go back!!

I was referred to Dr. Ostrow by a friend and I am so grateful. She is by far the best dermatologist I have ever been to. I have a family history of melanoma and I am a marathon runner so I am a bit obsessive about my skin. She is so incredibly thorough and takes time to answer all of my overwhelming questions. She takes pictures of all my questionable moles, checks my nails and even my toes. I used to worry about every little new spot or mole. I can finely calm down because I know if there anything even remotely concerning she will find it.

I just switched to Dr. Ostrow and she's great! Much better than my old dermatologist and my acne is FINALLY clearing up.
