She has provided evidenced based counseling practices and skills group trainings in a residential treatment facility, private rehabilitation, a program serving clients with varying mental health disorders and physical disabilities and a program that provides educational, employment and independent living services.

She brings a holistic approach with use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Reality Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, and Mindfulness Training Therapy.
