One of if the best gastroenterologist and diagnostician ...has done at least three procedures re and is kind and very willing to explain your questions and make suggestions on a path to wellness.

dr. benjamin has done all of my 3 colonoscopies. he has always explained everything fully beforehand, and explained all results fully as well. i will continue going to him, and my husband does as well. i do recommend him to friends.

I have seen five gastroenterology doctors and had three endoscopies over the last four years. He was by far the one with the best bedside manner AND the most knowledgeable. I have a Bravo test done with my endoscopy. I met back with him a couple of weeks later. He sat with me and explained everything with specific data and a smile. They also printed out a copy and gave me come excellent next steps. I am so very thankful that I ended up with him as my doctor. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Benjamin is the 4th gastro doctor I have seen in the last three years. I was very impressed with him. His office contacted my prior doctor to get my medical records and he had actually looked through all my records and tests BEFORE his examination with me. It was SO helpful that he knew my background before talking me. I really appreciated how he took the time to explain my condition, although technical, was clear to understand. I appreciate that he gave me lots of information and didn't dummy it down. I wasn't expecting anything new since I have been to so many doctors. He was extremely knowledgeable and pointed out some new things to think about.

Dr. S. Benjamin did not even try to perform a physical exam. Just off the top of his head said he knew what my problem was without even trying to listen to my side of my physical problems. Very closed minded, even to the point of dangerous. You must take a complete history and listen to the patient. Assume nothing because you made yourself look like that to other doctors as well. Please retire and stop seeing patients.
