Dr. Stanley Jon Bunas, MD

Have been seeing Doctor Bunas for many years now and love his attention to detail. He never fails to take time to answer my questions and I never feel as if he's rushing to his next patient.

Very upset with actions of Dr Bunas. Made an appt for my daughter n granddaughter for skin issues n hair loss. Dr Bunas would not take a skin scraping as just assumed that my daughter skin issue n hair loss r do to using drugs n had zero concern about my granddaughter. Said she appears to be very stressed...ya because of concerned health issues n not one doctor including u Dr Bunas cares or takes her serious. We just need to know if there r any infections fungal or bacterial n if not fine we can at least go another direction n see counceling and maybe it is stress related n she's aggravating by picking it. How can we without proper tests! Dr Bunas had no problem taking my 225.00 for those 2 appts booked back to back n basically told her she was out of time n he had other patients. Didn't know appts where timed at a dermatologist office! Assuming one is just plain crazy or a druggie makes you a fool Dr Bunas. But suggested she make a follow-up appointment with him...why u didn't… even take skin samples. Your actions of concern n compassion r a joke. I feel totally ripped off n I'm sure I was. Wouldn't recommend you never!

His treatment did not worked for me. I went two times but no use. He has no idea of my rash

10 minutes and a simple procedure that should have cost $200 was nearly $500 ($230 for a quick-zap...5 seconds). Do the math and find someone that won't take advantage of you. Worse, Diane in the office wouldn't even discount a few bucks to keep my business. Buyer beware I guess.

I totally love Dr. Bunas. Staff is super friendly and nice. He is great and gives everyone his cell number which you can call whenever if you need help or have questions. easy to make a appointment/follow up and I never wait more than 5 minutes. Very nice and talks to you! great experience every single time!

I SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT, LET OFFICE KNOW IN AVANCE WHAT WAS NEEDED - PAID COPAY - VISIT WAS MAYBE 10 MINUTES. NEEDED TO SCHEDULE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT - ANOTHER CO-PAY. DR. BUNAS DID NOT REMEMBER WHAT HE HAD SCHEDULED FOR THE PROCEDULE (SMALL SKIN CANCERS TO CUT OUTOR BURN OFF) AND STARTED TO PREP FOR SURGERY! HE HAD SCHEDULED BURNING THEM OFF AT OUR LAST VISIT, AS I REMINDED HIM!HE WAS IN SUCH A HURRY HE HARDLY SPOKE - AND WAS OUT THE DOOR TO ANOTHER PATIENT.TWO OF THE SPOTS HAVE NOT GONE AWAY, SO I STOPPED TODAY TO ASK IF HE COULD CHECKTHEM. FIRST I WAS ASKED FOR INSURANCE AND ANOTHER CO-PAY (THATS THREE CO-PAYS FOR ONE PROCEDURE) THE BILL I RECEIVED AFTER INSURANCE WAS OUTRAGES!!!!!!!!!!!

I went in for a consultation about a month ago. Bunas was too impatient to even let me explain why I was there. He was dismissive of everything I said and after a cursory look at my skin declared that I was imagining the problem. I then saw another MD for the same problem who diagnosed it immediately as extremely dry skin and prescribed Eucerin. Within a week I have noticed that my skin condition has improved a lot and I no longer have irritation or discomfort. As if the Bunas visit wasn't enough of a bad experience, I have been hounded by his billing office (which seems as incompetent as he is) even though I paid his bill as soon as it arrived.

Dr Bunas is very caring and willing to refer out when treatment requires equipment he doesn't have ( IE for acne therapy)
