Dr. Stanley Gary Chai, MD

Dr Stanley Chai was an awful OBGYN. At first I thought he was laid back but after hearing him tell me to stop eating so much when I gained 52 pounds I became annoyed. Ps- I lost all the weight 2 months after I gave birth. Every woman is DIFFERENT. When I was having contractions he told me I wasn't dialated at all, but when I went to the hospital 1 hour later I was already 3 centimeters and contracting every 3-5 minutes. He never called us back when we were on our way to the hospital. He finally answered when the nurse called and I could hear her arguing with him. When he got to the hospital he refused to give me my epidural until I was 5 centimeters. He kept saying I was 3, even though it had been hours and I was in severe pain. He induced me and did NOT give me an epidural. Instead he drugged me with something else that made my head spin, the babies heart beat go fast and I was about to vomit and they had to give me something else to make it stop. He then told me if I wasn't dialated… to 10 centimeters in 1 hour he was going to give me a C-section and told my family I could die! Which wasn't true! When I told him I was having contractions that wouldn't end he laughed at me and told me if that were true, I'd be dialated. Yeah ok, I was lying! He's obviously never given birth and been induced without an epidural! I asked for another doctor who immediately told me I was 5 centimeters and I could have my epidural. I fired him and he left. I now have a bill a year later for $75, he charged my insurance $1000 for his care. hah! CARE. You should have your license revoked! I had a vaginal delivery the next day with absolutely no complications. You're a monster, retire already, you do not care about women or babies, only your time and money. I will pay you the $75 to not ruin my credit, you can think of what you do to women everyday for the rest of your life. When you meet your maker you will receive the suffering you've caused others. I'm not the only one!

Dr. Chai is very patient, understanding, compassionate and a great listener and shows a natural genuine care and compassion for his patients. I have been his patient for over 15 years and I have received exceptional care, follow up and treatment. He's the BEST!

I believe I have been a patient of Dr. Chai for over 13 years and I have never experience any negative visits to his office. The staff as always been friendly. Dr. Chai has always been caring, but to the point concerning your health. And although I have moved from the area, I still travel to him to keep him as my doctor.

Dr. Chai has been my physician for 17 years, he cared for me through a very very difficult preganecy. He's very attentive to your feelings and he has a memory out of this world. He's attentive to detail and syptoms that you maybe feeling. I can tell you this I have not came across any doctor with an caring spirit and a gentleness the this doctor displays.
