Stanley Duchman

Best doctor I have ever seen. He cares about you as a person and a patient and gives you the time you need to understand what your diagnosis means. Answers all questions and never seems like he is in a rush. His staff in the back, PA, nurses, ect and all friendly and helpful. His front office staff on the other hand are the worse I have ever encountered. They act like they are doing you a favor just answering the phone or scheduling an appointment. Maybe if they would put their cell phones away and concentrate on their jobs and the patients I would not feel like they deserve zero stars.

Dr. Duchman is a very good physician; however, he has the worst administrative staff one could encounter. We switched our medical records from the Willowbrook office to the downtown Houston office thinking the staff would be better. Oh my goodness, it's as bad if not worse than the Willowbrook office. Husband is scheduled for surgery, and we've tried for over one week to get an okay from the doctor. Nothing has been done thus far. Terrible staff. Think admin staff my be given entirely too much authority, and they use it. If possible, would give staff a zero rating.

Dr. Duchman has been my cardio doc since 2004. I couldn't ask for a better doctor. I left another very well known electrophysiologist that wasn't ever available, plus just handed me samples of meds to try. I knew this was wrong and changed doctors.. someone who really cared about ME,not money.
