Dr. Stanley L Halprin, MD

Dr. Halprin is a skilled, patient, up-to-dateprofessional who spends time with patients and discusses options. He is intelligent, caring, respectful and attentive. His staff are always responsive. Appointments are kept. Prescriptions are issued. Follow-up is as needed.

I have been seeing him for years; and he is very patient and explains anything I don't understand. He seems very thorough.

After 5 (really!) phone calls and 1 fax he has still not called me back to renew an Rx or to comment on an anomaly in my blood work. He won't answer the pharmacyâ??s requests for a renewal either. The only one who answers the phone in his office takes appointments (they get you in the door). Zero follow-up and you NEVER get an answer to critical questions or any attention whatsoever! I had to pay another doctor to accomplish what Halprin should have routinely done: evaluate my blood work and order prescriptions!

I've been a patient of Dr. Halprin's for over a decade. He's patient, careful, and a great listener and explainer. He treats his patients like human beings. I find it's worth putting up with his somewhat disorganized office and support staff to see him.
