I was diagnosed with breast cancer at my yearly check up. Immediately I knew I wanted to have a double mastectomy. I met with four different surgeons at four different hospitals (including flying to NYC for a consult) and Dr. Starr Mautner was the ONLY one who immediately told me that she would support any decision I made, with no questions asked. My back-to-back out-patient benign breast tumor removal surgery by Dr. Starr Koslow Mautner & reconstruction surgery by Dr. Harry Salinas went well today.
