Such a kind and thorough doctor… hard to find these days

Very substandard treatment, in general, is what I experienced. Waiting over 60 minutes past appointment time. Prescriptions not filled in a timely fashioned. Went 5 days without meds because Dr claimed he didn't receive 6 phone messages from his staff. No one, including Dr Samuelson, takes responsibility for poor patient outcomes. That was my experience.

I had been experiencing pain in my right shoulder on and off for the past 10 years and finally, after injuring it in a Pilates class earlier this year I took myself to the doctor, got an MRI and discovered that the pain was not due to a shoulder injury at all, it was being caused by a herniated disc in my cervical spine.  I was referred to doctor Samuelson.  My experience with Dr. Samuelson was nothing short of perfection.  He was incredibly kind, thoughtful and thorough during my initial consultation, reviewing my MRI with me in depth and what to expect.   The procedure itself was very quick and easy and the result was PERFECT.  I literally have zero pain in my shoulder after a ten-year battle of off and on pain in my shoulder.  I'm so happy to have found him and highly recommend him! And the staff in office was great!

Excellent, caring, and thorough. Took care of me when I was having severe back pain and spasm while he was working at a volunteer clinic... He really helped me! I'd absolutely recommend him.
