This lady got so upset when I called her a witch it is without a doubt that she must, in fact, be a witch.

Had a CT scan scheduled the billing office called saying I would need to pay the (small) past due balance from 2014 before I could have the scan or be seen by Dr Horne again. I found that to be rude an insensitive. What has happened to our Heath Care system? Changing to Premier was a mistake they had Medicare clients change to Anthem (mid stream) my guess is that wasn’t working...... the people are not kind,warm or cordial. Kettering Network, next year I will be in your group! GOODBYE Premier????

Dr. Horne and her staff have been dogged in their determination to help me. I had a nodule in my right thyroid that was suspicious for carcinoma, and Dr. Horne did everything possible to accommodate a last-minute surgery, even rescheduling office visits and bumping up my surgery by a month so I could get it out of my body quickly. She called me last night to check up on me 2 days post-op, and she also had the results of the biopsy back from pathology. BENIGN!

Dr. Horne always seems to be in a big hurry, which is strange considering how I wait for about 35-40 mins for her to come into the room once I'm led back. My questions go unanswered and I'm often continuing to ask for help as she's walking down the hall to her next patient because she hardly spends any time with me. My surgery was rescheduled and NO ONE notified me, I only found out because I luckily called to verify the time. I had the print-out that listed the time but they told me it was 2 hours earlier than the original surgery appointment that was made for me. A year later I still have no relief from my surgery and Dr. Horne hasn't been of any help. When you talk to the front desk they are very unhelpful and won't help you find a second opinion. I'm done with this network, and I'll go to Columbus or Cincinnati if I have to to get some help for my symptoms. I do not recommend Dr. Horne or SOENTS.

I always wait about 20-40 minutes in the room for Dr. Horne if I don't get one of the first couple appointments in the morning. In my opinion she is very in-and-out and rushes through everything. I feel I only see her for a few minutes. I continue to have problems and she keeps brushing it off as allergies. I don't feel my problem has been fixed.

I was recently seen as a new patient. The staff was awesome. The Doctor was courteous but the exam & post-exam conversation was extremely rushed. Most of my questions/concerns, remain unanswered. A test was ordered but I was given a year follow-up w/o word I would be contacted about results. I felt rushed and very unimportant.

Dr. Horne is top notch in every regard when it comes to her specialization. I highly recommend seeking her out for any/all related healthcare needs.

I have seen Dr. Horne for two separate issues. One involving a complicated surgery which had a very successful result and minimal scarring. I even have feeling in my earlobe and most patients having a parotidectomy don't. Her follow ups were excellent. Each time I have seen her, she has listened carefully to my concerns, explained procedures and risks extensively, and has taken all the time I needed her to in order to fully explain and discuss my treatments. I have never felt that she rushed and she always had excellent communication. I felt well cared for as a patient and received excellent care.
