Dr. Stefanie Knapp, MD

Annual eye exam. Dr. Knapp was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. She listens to your issues and provides excellent advice. The office staff was also very professional. You are seen on time and they were at all times polite and caring. Great place for ophthalmology care!

Shortly after receiving medicated eye drops, I experienced an allergic reaction. I was panicked and reported this to Dr. Stefanie Knapp. She dismissed my concerns at the beginning of the appointment, stating that this reaction was unrelated to the eye drops I received minutes before. At the end of the appointment, I restated my concern asking if I could at least receive a Benadryl. Dr. Stefanie Knapp once again dismissed my concerns, stating that I could go across the street to internal medicine if needed. I left the appointment and handled the concern on my own. My daughter called the office shortly after to ask for the names of the medications. The front desk staff was kind and provided the names promptly.

She was so good and got me new eye drops for me
