Been to many other psychiatrist and she was the only one that has really listened to my concerns. Many of times I felt not heard by other professionals or nor really understanding what was going on with me. She explained it!

If you are looking for someone to actually help you, look elsewhere. She is unprofessional and rude. She interrupts you while you are talking, is condescending and always in a hurry to get you out of there. She raises her voice and is immature. She gets defensive if you ask questions and she talks in absolutes. One time she didn't know what medicine she prescribed me and it was in her notes. Another time, she didn't know the side effects of something I was taking. She has an overall negative personality and is very moody. When she is having a good day she is average. When she is having a bad day, she does more damage than good. She is always running late and is never on time for her appointments. Every time I have left her office feeling worse. Her job is to provide a safe space for her patients. If you have depression, anxiety, or are not able to cope please do not go to her. What is even worse is that she doesn't even know that she is abrasive, tactless, and insensitive. The first… appointments she appeared to be nice and sweet. That's all fake.

I was recommended by a friend of my that has been seeing Dr Estruch. I suffer from panic attacks and have seen other psychiatrist for a while now. I felt rushed and really didnt understand why I was experiencing this. She explained to me what was going on and i felt better after leaving her office. She changed my medications but i felt better just after seeing her. Yes, I had to wait, but it was worth it.

I have been struggling with my sons treatment for quite some time. He has OCD. We've been to other psychiatrist and have felt they have never need able to provide us with an understanding of his condition. She took time to provide us with treatment options and true understanding of what he is going through. He felt connected with her and now has agreed to start treatment, by starting other medications and start therapy. No other psychiatrist has been able to do this for my son. Very good appointment. We been to other psychiatrist and felt rushed, this was not an issue with her.

In my experience with this doctor I can say that there is she isn't profecional at all, nether she nor the staff that surrounds her, this doctor and his staff have no idea of how to treat such patients and their needs, because patients receiving attention in her office have unfortunately emotional problems, and they need to be profecionals, although the patient is through a set call, or in the waiting room or even in the lobby, because that is what your patients deserve, not only charge money for 20 or 30 minute consultation with you. in addition I would say that the way you talk to patients, can have positive or negative reactions in their emotional problems, then I suggest that in the future have a little more patience and think before you speak, and if not you always can hire someone qualified who can do it for you, and help you....THANKYOU..

very easy to talk to

took 3 weeks for an available appt, waited in the waiting room for over two hours. they don't know what their arrangement is with the insurance company for the charge of an office visit and want you to sign a form with a blank space for the dollar amount saying that your responsible for the charges. they only accept check or cash and don't tell you this in advance. the doctor is very rude and inconsiderate. a total waste of time. She is obviously not there to help people.

One of the WORST! With all due respect to the field of behavioral science, it is doctors like this that give a bad name to the fields of psychiatry/psychology. Poor care, *uneducated, know it all attitude, etc. I would NOT recommend this doctor to anyone. F rating.
