Dr. Hecker is very knowledgeable, she is attentive, takes the time to review your history putting events in order leading up to your current visit. Very Thorough, thoughtful and experienced I feel very confident in Dr. Hecker's care.

I have been ignored. I have tried to talk to her personally but am totally ignored. I need to go to New England immediately, my B-I-L passed away, unexpectedly and I need to be with my sister. I called and asked Dr. Hecker to refill my prescription for Methimazole and she REFUSED unless I came in. I WILL SEEK ANOTHER DOCTOR WHEN I GET BACK, IF I GET BACK. I HAVE BEEN WITHOUT MY MEDICINE FOR ALMOST A MONTH. TOTALLY DISCUSTED WITH THIS DOCTOR!!!!!!!!!!

Very Rude, snappy and horrible bedside manners. I don't know how she has been rated so highly. Doesn't listen to anything you are saying.

I was referred to Dr Hecker for my diabetes that was not well controlled. I am doing so much better since she changed my insulin regimen. She took time to explain to me and was very thorough with her questions. She is a bit intimidating but I think it's because she wants to make it known that she is serious about helping you.

Dr. Hecker is a very intellegent doctor, but her bedside manner leaves ALOT to be desired. She is short and snappy, to the point of being rude.
