I have had 2 surgical procedures by Dr Adam, and have nothing but praise for her. The surgical results improved my quality of life.

So sorry I went to her. My foot is 50x worse than when started. I am in pain when on my foot, when I’m in bed, constant! My life has changed drastically! I wish I had looked at the reviews before surgery! My foot was overcorrected and I now have nerve damage sand walk with a limp!

I came to Dr. Adam with a severe ankle sprain and a history of chronic ankle sprains. She took the time to walk me through my MRI and show me which ligaments had ruptured and what healing had been done and where past injuries had occurred. She was methodical, took her time explaining everything and answering my questions, and was very understanding and empathetic. After giving appropriate time for my injury to heal, we decided together that a stabilizing surgery was likely my best option to heal my injury and get back to my active lifestyle, as I am 25 and play recreational sports. She performed a brostrom-gould procedure on my ankle, and both she and her PA supported me through the recovery and answered all my questions with care and concern. I have been recovering beautifully, as Dr. Adam and her team performed the repair skillfully, and I am currently training for a half marathon after only 4.5 months post-op! Thank you Dr. Adam and team for helping me get back to my active… lifestyle!

She is not responsive to patient concerns. Has her PA call you, because she’s just “too busy.” And is always 20+ minutes late. Summit Medical Group can do better!!

I was a patient of one of Dr. Adam's partners who referred me to her for my current issue. She was over an hour late and extremely dismissive. I needed to follow up with her team and they too were unresponsive and did not address my concerns. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS WOMAN

I’m sorry I allowed her to operate on my foot. It’s 100 times worse and I have permanent nerve damage. She dismissed my complaints. Maybe if she had listened my nerve damage wouldn’t be so severe. I needed corrective surgery by another doctor and over 1 year later the feeling in my foot has not returned.

I went to this provider after having a chronic ankle issue that was, in hindsight, horribly mismanaged by a series of podiatrists. That goodness I found Dr. Adam. She was able to make sense of all the prior treatments and tests I had gone through and formulate a sensible and effective treatment plan moving forward. She spent plenty of time communicating with me and I felt like she really cared about my situation. I would highly recommend her without reservation to any friend or family member. I honestly do not understand the one star reviews. I feel like sometimes people are in denial regarding the severity of their condition and love to blame the messenger. It is a shame they are able to leave such negative reviews, don't believe the haters!!

Do not let her operate on you. She ruined my foot, now I have poor quality of life.

She misdiagnosed my issue. She painted a hopeless scenario and dark future riddled with inevitable, limiting surgeries. she ordered ineffective, expensive braces and orthotics. Thankfully, due to a wonderful orthopedist in NYC, I am pain and brace free. Please- do yourself a favor and stay away.
