She and Nicole are friendly and pleasant. But...the office is unprofessional. Front staff talks about patients. Not acceptable. Went for device that was ordered in July and supposed to be installed, (for lack of better work), in August. Device hadn't come in. Took time from work and other things and was told after being there for over 30 minutes. They didn't even know why I was there. So apparently no notes in my chart. Was told they would follow up to find out where it was. Doctor didn't even come in. They were to call me when it arrived. Here we are, going into November, and still no call. I don't believe it was ever ordered. That office needs an office manager. Staff should not be talking about patients. Especially around other patients.

Horrible experience with this doctor and her rude staff. Unwilling to correct a billing code leaving me with a bill that my insurance confirmed they would have covered in full if only they had the decency to do their job correctly. I called 8 times to fix this issue, even Tufts billing deparment told me that it could have been fixed. Shame on you. Stay away from this practice.

I met Stephanie once for the appointment, she was not my primarily Ob & G. However she was at my delivery and the way she helped me - was very encouraging! I felt that I am not alone there, at this difficult moment. That I wasn't pushed to do something but encouraged what is miles better. Someone is literally helping and supporting me! People might say that the waiting time for the appointment is too long but you chose doctor primarily for the delivery and believe me, waiting time will be everywhere. It doesn't depend on the doctor, it depends on us pregnant ladies that want to ask so many extra questions that doctor stays and patiently replies. I sincerely recommend her as an OB & G! She is GREAT!

I will never see her again. Two surgeries were both failures. Then she didn't like it when I said, twice, that I did not want to get an IUD. Why would I have an IUD inserted when 2 surgical procedures didn't solve the problem like she said it would! Her other advice right from the beginning and in regard to any issues that arose afterward because of her ignorance was a hysterectomy. Beware of her and keep your guard up if you absolutely must see her. She's highly immature for someone in her position with the way she presents herself, sits in a chair with her legs folded under her and her use of the English language. Thank God I'll never have to hear her say, "wonky", ever again!! And to Dr. Logan I say, "You can do so much better than her. Get rid of her asap, otherwise your practice will ultimately fail. Word gets around after all". And that would be WONKY for you!!!

She was awesome. I saw the NP the first few times as the doctor was busy (I am also a college student and wanted birth control before going back to college) , the NP answered all of my questions and even gave me a direct line to her if I had any other questions. I met the Doctor to have an IUD placed, my body had a bad reaction so the doctor stayied with me (my mom didnt come with me) and made sure that I was okay and made me stay until she was sure that I was better

Gear doctor paid attention to me and details highly recommended

I'm asked to schedule very frequent visits ( every 2 weeks -in second trimester- with a normal pregnancy), but the time spent with doctor during each visit is very less. Feels like she is in a rush for her next appointment, so I don't feel encouraged to ask all the questions I have.

Unprofessional, insensitive, and condescending. After losing my fallopian tube due to a ruptured ectopic, and having emergency surgery, I went back the night I was released due to some seepage that seemed excessive. Mind you I had already been through a lot including losing 1/3 of my blood. She was not happy that I came in, making it seem like I was a hypochondriac. So she brought up every medical issue from my past in front of my husband, including unreported sexual assault from my childhood. My husband already knew, but she was out of line. I left in tears.
