Really had faith that I found someone to help me work through some issues that I was going through. And after talking to her, I thought I did. That was until I tried to have regular sessions with her. Out of 8 attempts, I only saw her once in person and once on the phone. Twice, she contacted me to cancel and reschedule. The other 4 times, she was a no call, no show. Then she would contact me the next day with a reason she couldn't make it or contact me to let me know. I can understand that there are things out of our control, but her approach was extremely unprofessional. If you don't have the capacity to add a client to your caseload, be honest with yourself and the person contacting you for a service dealing with mental health. Really sucks when you trust someone to help you, and they end up doing more harm than good.

She was never on time or just didn't show up.
