I have been to the office multiple times for staff and doctor visits. My wife and I have nothing but excellent care. Kind, courteous and professional. Dr. Cotell gives wonderful and caring service. We always highly recommend her and this office.

I never actually got to see the Doctor. The staff was so rude that I decided to cancel the appointment my PCP set up and go elsewhere.

While the doctor herself is pleasant, her staff is incredibly rude, especially when it comes to payment. They will turn you over to a collection agency, so you'd better pay in full right away! Even without this, there are more competent and involved dermatologists. Of course this is a field that is "skin deep" but it requires far more than one-off treatment and rigid collection tactics. The buyer should beware.
