Dr. dos Santos (Dr. Stephanie) & Dr. Rivera could not run a better practice! Very experienced (over 60 years combined between them both) and function together very well as a team. We love taking our daughter there. We actually look forward to our appointments lol! *Rated NJ Best doctors* They educate their parents and patients well, they listen to your concerns, and reassure you. She is very good at helping when your child is struggling in any aspect of development-emotional, social, physical, education goals, mentorship....I believe I have seen it all. The best qualities I found with Dr. Stephanie is she is easy to talk to, is extremely thorough and her approach is family-centered care. She takes the time to assess the family dynamic-is welcoming to meeting all members living in the house or around your child because that affects her patient. She welcomed us to bring our friend/babysitter to involve her in my daughter’s care, what an excellent idea. I love it!! Honestly, Dr. Stephanie… treats me and my family like family....she is truly part of our family. Office Multilingual office and extremely well run office. I have worked in healthcare for 20 years and the professionalism is apparent from arrival. They have an RN that strictly answers parent calls/concerns discusses with the doctor and gets back to you firmly for a plan of care. I enjoy the office design ( it’s newly renovated)-sick and well waiting areas, all private rooms. Staff Professional, caring, detail oriented, and not a high turn over which I appreciate. Colleen & Evelyn key components to the office, they are the RNs in the practice and they are more like friends. Karina, Nancy and Alex- medical assistants, essential to organization of the day to day operations. Quick, thorough and friendly! Love them as well. Dolly-heart ?? of the office-jack of all trades-charts, organization, details of patient cases....helps everyone like they are her own family. I highly recommend this practice to everyone....it’s a highly sought out practice....so if you are a new appointment book ASAP!!! Melissa Hernandez

Dr. Dos Santos was caring, empathetic, knowledgeable, warm, had great bedside manner with my toddler, and explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand but not patronizing. My son had several issues going on and she and her staff called me multiple times to follow up. The level of attention was amazing!

Dr dos santos is amazing. She genuinely has a passion for working with children. She remembers my daughter every visit and recall all the details from last visit. We moved far and yet continue to travel to stay with her because of her bed side manner

Dr. Dos Santos is an amazinf pediatrician- she is extremely loving and caring with my 3 year old son. I would highly recommend her to anyone searching for a doctor for their children. In addition, her medical staff is very attentive, professional and caring as well.

Recently moved to NJ and after spending our child's first 18 months in CA. Found Dr. Dos Santos and couldn't be happier. Really, if you are in the Hackensack area and need a pediatrician, you couldn't find a Dr who is more caring, calming and genuine.

Great Doctor she took time with my 3 yr old, I knew she cared about her role as my daughter's physician. She never rushed one moment and she was friendly and peronable, energetic and polite with my toddler. There was never a frieghtening moment for my daughter. I would recomend Dr. Dos Sontos to anyone. GREAT JOB!!!
