Dr. Stephanie Ann Haupt, MD

Came to Dr. Haupt after not agreeing/2nd opinion from another Meritas Doctor. She was kind, nice and didn't rush me. She discovered what my previous dr missed and I am now getting treatment.

Not impressed at all. Did not seem interested in some serious symptoms/complaints. Felt as if I was not important as a patient and felt brushed off. Had a terrible bed side manner and should learn to address patients by their name, not mam or sir, we do have names and would like to be treated as human beings, she sounded very condescending. Not very thorough in her exam. Not at all pleasant and seemed put out. Left hanging after test results came back, did not speak with her but with someone from the office, seems that all test results were back but some of them were overlooked-not addressed. Shows to have no interest in helping to follow through in figuring out what was going on with my syptoms, one of which was alarming. Very poor medicine to not personally call a patient back with results, but specifically not to suggest a next step in helping to figure out the major reason a patient was coming to her. People go to doctors for professional medical help and guidence. Felt… like the ball was dropped, and felt like she rushed through the appointment with me. If this is how she treats her patients, then I'm not really sure it fares well on the big picture of the practice there at Meritas, as you know bad news travels fast. Is this the typical demeanor of all your doctors there at Meritas Health? Very sad that someone goes through so much training and education but yet still can't or won't provide decent medical care to their patients. She was very rude and it was the worst experience I've ever had going to a Dr.

Dr Haupt is the best doctor in the Northland. She takes a lot of time explaining things to you.

Dr. Haupt is an incredible and thorough doctor who is very easy to talk to. The support staff at this facility leave a lot to be desired! This is based on communication after my appointments.

I loved going to Dr. Haupt. You sometimes had to wait on her, but the reason is she will spend as much time as you need to discuss your issues. I never felt rushed with her. She is a wonderful doctor!

Dr. Stephanie Haupt is a fantastic family practitioner. She's very down to earth and genuinely listens. My family loves her!

Dr. Haupt is a great Dr. who cuts to the chase and explains things in simple terms. She just tells you like it is! Very professional and very nice.

She was rude disrespectful (just like her nurse) didn't seem to care about my problem and ask maybe 3 questions about my problem and when she did she was real rude & snippy. SHE SHOULD BE FIRED!!

Dr. Haupt Listens to you. She give great advice. Very Professional. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a new DR. or to switch doctors.
