Stephanie Hoefle, MD

I trust and respect Dr. Stephanie Hoefle. she has shared her concerns for me and truly listens to me. I've been going to her for 3 or 4 years now and I was so upset when I had to change insurance companies. I was worried about not having her as my DR. Just found out she takes my insurance!! I'm so relieved and happy! Shes a great caring DR.

Every time I show up for my appointment they she makes me wait from 45 to 60 minutes. She has never shown interest in my health and simply asks " What refills do you need". The staff specifically the receptionists are terrible.

The doctor overall is within reason. The manner in which office visits are handled and delt with including the ancillary staff are not very effecient or reliable and may not cater to the specific individual needs.

I have seen Dr. Hoefle for 7 or 8 years now. She is easy to converse with and takes the necessary time to answer questions I may have, which normally I have my list ready. She is in no way makes you feel rushed. I have been extremely pleased with her as my primary care physician. I would highly recommend her to my friends.

I have been going to Dr. Hoefle since I moved to San Antonio TX seven years ago.. She takes time with me , answering questions, explaining in laymans term medical issues, I have never felt rush ,She has excellent bedside manners and I like her a lot. I had spinal problems and she got me the treatment I needed by referring me to the appropriate doctors. I thought I had carpel Tunnel and she told me I believe it is probably your spine.. she ordered an MRI and she was correct. Dr. Hoefle cares for all my other medical needs and she does an excellent job at it. I feel so fortunate and blessed to move here and find the perfect doctor.

Dr. Hoefle saw me for an asthma attack, I specifically told her I could not take prednisone per another Dr. that saw me for the same condition a couple years ago. She said OK, then proceeded to give me a shot she said "would really help" and told me it was Solo-medrol - which come to find out later is prednisone! That was very deceptive and dishonest in my opinion. I have since changed Doctors
