Dr. Stephanie Stella Jones, MD

I referred my 23 y/o daughter to Dr. Jones. and am very sorry I did. She gave her 2 steroid injections, and after the second one, had the LVN call her and tell her if it didn't help they will refer her to surgeon for surgery. no follow up. Jones should be the one having that conversation with her. not the office LVN. inappropriate and unprofessional.

Saw Dr. Jones and was very disappointed. Extremely painful joint after reviewing my MRI and x-ray, she seemed as if the MRI readings were no big deal. They ARE a big deal! I’m in great pain! And it’s a chronic condition!!! Wanted me to try a certain type of therapy but assured me it may or may not work. Well why would I do that, waist time out of my busy schedule, multiple visits for this therapy, pay every visit, and it “may or may not work!” I wanted a little more aggressive therapy like injections (which I mentioned) given my obvious chronic condition affecting my daily professional and personal life but I left with no pain relief only to find myself looking for another pain specialist and will never be returning to this office. Do not recommend unless you want a long drawn out plan of care (which would require a bit more aggressive therapy) for a chronic condition without immediate relief. Holistic approach doesn’t aways work (or at least, work for everyone)

She truly wants to help her patients so she can work to help others.

Dr Jones is kind, compassionate and a great listener! She has helped me through an incredibly painful couple of months after pain pump implant surgery. She is very attentive and called me at 8pm one night to make sure my prescription was called in. Dr Jones is amazing! After reading the one star reviews, it is clear that these are trolls! Dr Jones is not married and NEVER had a husband in the DEA! It is very disturbing that some people think it's fun to sit and write awful reviews for doctors they have never seen!

Stay away. Dr Jones is great. Her staff SUCKS the big one!!!!

Dr Jones is an awesome doctor! She is kind, compassionate and went out of her way to find out the cause of my pain! I find it unnecessary and ignorant for 1 star reviewers to claim that all 5 star reviewers must be drug seekers! How pathetic must you be to make nasty comments about her family??

I live in the Dallas area and have been seeing Dr. Stephanie Jones for more than 20 years. Over the years I have battled bi-lateral Ménière's disease, falling with a broken back at T-12 with severe head trauma, and other issues. I have tried other doctors, but no one is better than Dr. Jones and her staff. That is why I travel from Dallas to San Antonio for my yearly visits.

Dr. Stephanie is truly a pain relief genius. I have been receiving care from her for over 20 years. She has reduced my pain level from a 6 to a 1 - 2. I use tramadol and tylenol only. Her staff is remarkable and she is The Angel of Mercy.

Dr Jones has been my PM Dr now for over five years. She has helped me through back and hip and shoulder surgery. I've had chronic pain for many years stemming from Degenerative Joint Disease. What I like most about Dr No n esp other than being extremely down to earth is that she LISTENS to me and she HEARS me. She understands patients suffering from chronic pain and intelligently offers all help available.
