I've seen the folks at Patient's First many times since 2002, but in the last year, I've had to pay over $400 for blood work that was miscoded and also for a 5 minute visit in a walk-in that was miscoded and misrepresented to the insurance company. All this great service is nice, but if I have to pay over $150 for a 5 minute visit, what's the point? I can't go back to this office again, it's liable to bankrupt me. In fact, I will not visit any Mercy related Dr's again if possible. I'm sad about this, but I just can't keep paying for their mistakes.

Dr. Meyer has shown me and my family that there is still doctor's with a vast knowledge that still believes in comforting the patient and compassion. We recommend her to everyone we know and would not go to any other doctor. She's amazing and truly a contribution to the healthcare field. Not only does she empathize with any situation you may be in, but she LISTENS to the patient and is willing to discuss in detail your treatment options and her medical opinion.
