Once you get an appointment the service is great. I get annual treatments and the last two times trying to get anyone to get me an appointment has been SO frustrating. I still don't have an appointment this year after they have had my order over a month. Last year was so bad I actually had to drive to the Austin location to get someone to make me an appointment. I don't understand why it has to be so difficult.

He was my OB/GYN when I lived in Rochester in the 1990s and he was the best I have found over the many years in 4 different States!

Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Infusions are given in 2 large bull pen areas with 8 comfortable chairs. The place is very noisy with a large staff talking some business and a lot of loud personal talk. Today there was a lot of talk about pets, baking for the holidays, etc. It's odd because they strictly enforce a no cell phone rule to not disturb others. Aside from the noisy staff, they try hard to make it as easy as possible.
