Dr. Stephen Altic, DO

I am sure this doctor took this oath to take care of his patients. His demeanor left much to be desired. He examine me on my initial visit but never did on my other visits. When a doctor can tell a patient to settle your Bwc for a monetary sum, you know he does not care. In addition to writing a letter questioning your integrity, when he did not view the MRI images he requested.

DrAltic can't remember what he told me the last time he saw me even though my notes are in front of him! I waited 2 hrs in waiting room just to be shown to room only to wait another 50 minutes! He can't read his notes from being poorly written then gets mad if you remind him of what he stated on last visit...I would not ever come here!!!!

He is the very best! He takes the time to be a Doctor not just push you in , out. He is what all Doc's should be. if you have to wait its is because he gave someone the time they needed, he will do the same for you.

The staff was rude from the start. I was hung up on when I called to get an appointment. When I went in for my appointment, I had to wait an hour and a half. The staff was not friendly. They basically ignored me. Once I went back to the room, the tech. asked why I was there, I said to get a referral to a specialist and to get a physician of record for BWC. She said they could be my physician of record but were not sure about giving ANY referral. I also needed a couple prescriptions as my previous Dr. had lost his license. I had records with me showing my long term use of said meds. A physicians assistant then came in and refused to even discuss fill any meds. before I even had a chance to say hello. I asked about the referral and was told it would take a few months to get??????? WHAT??? It takes filling out 1 form. So, I asked to see the Doctor himself and was refused. I was told to go to the ER to get meds. filled. WHAT????? The ER?? And my second and last visit was no better and NO… I never saw the Doctor that time either.
