The doctor is a busy man but very effective at his duties. His office staff is professional and courteous and always willing to assist the patients. Best office in this area.

Best eye dr I’ve ever seen. He was very accommodating and through in his examination. We didn’t feel rushed as he did our examinations like some eye drs do. Never felt like I was taking to much time to decide on which lenses looked best. I highly recommend Dr Baynham and his staff!!

When I asked questions, after my surgery, Dr. Baynham was rude and very condescending. On the other hand, the lady, in the fitting area, worked overtime to help me!

This is a great office with kind knowledgeable staff. Dr. Baynum is wonderful and very knowledgeable.

Excellent visit ! friendly staff and very nice cozy office. Had exam and was very impressed. My procedures were done in office and I had my glasses fixed for free. Will be back.

this was the worst visit I have ever had. After waiting almost 454 minutes the dr walks in and I asked him if he is always this late. He proceeded to tell me how busy he is, and how he sees more than 45 people each day, and I said he was triple booking people because I sat in the waiting room with two other people with the same appt time. He was annoyed with me, and never apologized and told me i should find someone else. He was ARROGANT AND UNPROFESSIONAL. FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME BECAUSE THIS GROUP DOESN'T CARE ABOUT IT.

I do not have medical insurance and He is the ONLY doctor in the state of GA that uses MDsave for cataract surgery. I am EXTREMELY PLEASED with my outcome.

Very pleasant and satisfying medical experience which is rare these days. Low stress with insurance hassles. They make great efforts to stay on time in every aspect. My surgery was quick and done with super expertise. I had total confidence in him and the staff. Everything went exactly as planned. Could not ask for a better outcome!! It was excellant.
