Dr. Stephen Scott Buchanan

I have been a patient of Dr. Buchanan for several years now and I get excellent care. He is thoughtful, thorough and actually calls you back personally when you have a question. I enjoy seeing him for my annual physical and don’t worry about a thing in the event something happens in between. Really glad I found him! Great Physician!

I’d rather him back at Southborough Medical. I’m not getting any satisfaction at Charles River. The receptionists & nurses do not hold patients important. Dr Buchanan is much better than Charles River.

At first, I was so grateful to be accepted by him as a new patient since I was denied a couple of times by the former physicians of my colleagues. They hardly accept new patients. Being new in the area I have learned to find my way and get to know the people. It takes its course to connect those dots especially when one is stretched with challenges. I thank you Dr Stephen for taking me as one of your patients in the area.

My overall experience with Dr. Buchanan was excellent. He was willing to listen to my concerns about migraines and other headaches, looked up some information right in the exam room to help show and explain to me. He was very easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable. His nurse/assistant was also very pleasant. While I got an appointment very quickly, there was about a 20 minute wait in the office. I've been back several times and even though I have moved from Framingham am not switching doctors, he is worth the 40 minute ride.
