I went to the dentist, Dr. Stephen Cash, to have a crown placed. After the initial visit for the crown placement, I experienced severe and excruciating pain in the tooth involved. After repeated phone calls, I insisted to see him on an urgent basis prior to my scheduled second visit. He saw me and, I figured out that something had gone wrong with that tooth. He referred me to Endodentist for urgent root canal since the pain was not tolerable. I was not able to eat soup. Drinking water was very painful. The pain subsided following the root canal. I was in shock and disbelief when the endodentist told me that my tooth had a crack. Obviously, I am seeing another dentist now. I was told that, sooner or later, I am going to lose that toot. How did my tooth got cracked? Nobody will tell me.I had no pain, whatsoever, prior to the crown procedure.

His staff has always been friendly, they make sure you know what your options are and when I had trouble paying something they let me on a payment plan. All my appointments have been as nice as they could be

One particular incident caused our entire family to move our service. We were with this practice for 3 years and I should've listened to my husband 2 years ago. Thank God for more options.

They go out of their way to explain each step of the visit and what you can expect to look forward to next time, or things you should followup with at home. They utilize social media, email, text messages and traditional phone calls to ensure that each visit will take place on the correct time and date and that you are aware of any special discounts or events that may be going on. My entire family visits Dr. Cash. I would recommend him and his staff to anyone seeking a friendly, caring dental office in the Edmond/North OKC area.
