Dr. Stephen Hart Cooper, MD

I am a long time customer of Dr. Cooper. I had the terrible experience with him and his office staff yesterday and today. I had an appointment Dr. Copper and gave me expired drops (see pictures below) yesterday, when I got home I called and his staff (Ms. Diana) ask me to come over again to take a prescription, I told her I'm half an hour away so Ms. Ana the office manager told me that she cannot look for my pharmacy (which is Costco Woodland Hills) so I google it for her and gave her the number in less than 15 seconds. The drop cost over $350, so the Costco pharmacist told me that they will ask Dr. Copper to write me different drops, I called again and being promise that they will talk to him and will do it once that will get hold of him. I called at 4 PM and they never did it, I was really upset as I have terrible pain. Today I called again and Ms. Ana told me that it's being done and that to give Costco a time until 10 AM when they will open the pharmacy. I ask BOTH girls that Dr.… Cooper will call me anyway. He called from restricted number, He told me that he called me twice yesterday and my number was busy, what a lie!!!!! MY CELL PHONE IS NEVER BUSY, I get many called every day and I call back to anyone that call or text me, as I am in emergency business myself. I did not have any missed calls from him not a from regular number Nor from other number. I called again Costco at 11 AM. and STILL they never called to Costco to change my ear drops. I asked kindly from Costco Pharmacy to call them and to please get it done, and Costco did. Before all this happened I referred TWO of my employees to Dr. Cooper included TODAY one of them went to see him (he made his appointment before this happened), I never going to recommend this Dr. to nobody. Think again before you pay for this terrible services.

Dr Cooper and his staff could benefit from a class on good bedside manners. All of them are rude and my belief is they are racists. I know someone who can’t hear because of this man who calls himself a doctor, but we have prayed and choose to leave things in God hand because the Bible says that God will see to the evil doer and those that hurt God’s children and trust me dr Cooper God will.

after an accident and hit on the head and lost my hear every time I listen less, and the doctor after two studies, one told me no longer going to hear more because you are old, and gave no other explanation, I asked to the receptionist and only sent me to therapy dizziness, something stupid, rude staff like the I do not recommend it to my family or friends or anyone

He was very nice the first visit but he is very short and a little intolorent to children .. He try's to make up for it by letting a child get a toy out of a treasure chest. Well my son Jo is 3 needed surgery and the only doctor we could go to the was covered was dr copper WORST MISKAKE OF NY LIFE!!! We were told be at the hospital by 6 and the surgery for 6:30 he didn't go in to surgery tell 7:30 dr copper changes hat he was saying at least 3 times on how long it would take and after care and healing .. After the surgery he came and confronted me and asked what I told my 3 year old before he we t back for surgery and said it was my fault my son was upset cuz I didn't tell him the truth but yet I did !!! He said he was combative and it was my fault and was rude the whole time ... After the surgery 12 hours later my son was not able to hold liqiuids down at all and was so swollen he could swallow I was told to call I. A situation like this and when dr copper got back to me he just… blamed me again and pretty much told me it was not an emergency !! Worst experience of my life

Worst ever. Dr Cooper performed a nose procedure on me to reduce a bump in my nose. Months after the surgery the bump was still there along with a bump in a different place that was not there and a protrusion in my nostril that made it impossible to breathe. I did not have breathing problems prior. So I went back to him to perform a correction which pointless because months after that surgery, both the bump and the breathing problem still exists. My one nostril is now deformed and collapsed and my nose is also slightly crooked. All of my current nose and breathing problems did not exist before going to Dr. Cooper. When addressing this issue with him he refused to acknowledge a problem even though I told him I could not breathe. It is a now a year later and I am going to have to go see a more qualified doctor for now my third operation. Dr Cooper does not listen or care about his patients concerns. The icing on the cake was that dealing with his girls in the office is a nightmare, they… are all rude and disrespectful. Stay away, it is a horrible experience and a waste of money. Find a better doctor.

Please do not go to this Doctor,horrible staff very rude and unfriendly. The doctor did not even look at my son, did not even examine him to see what was wrong. I took him to another specialist after a year. His condition kept getting worse and it was determined that he had obstructive sleep apnea that he got surgery for.

I had a medical problem and decided to go to this doctor. This is the worst doctor's visit experience I have seen in years. Doctor spent with me literally five minutes, but the insurance bill was huge. I wouldn't recommend this doctor to any of my family and friends

I've been a patient of Dr. Cooper for many years and have always found him to be professional and friendly. I would have no hesitation recommending Dr. Cooper to friends or family.

My son is autistic and high maintenance. My husband asked the secretary for help with paperwork since my son needed his attention. The secretary was soooooo rude. My husband was frustrated and asked her to fill out the date since he needed to be with my son. She refused and then accused my husband of raising his voice. The doctor came out and pushed my husband and son and told them to get out of his office. I have never never in my life been treated this way. My husband then called the police to see if it's legal for the Dr. to kick him out. The police said it was since it's his property. We waited 2 months for this appointment since it's through medical. Then the Dr. lies and tells medical that my husband was violent and he had to call the police. We even have the police report showing that we called in. This was a total disgrace. My poor 4 year old son has been suffering from a serious nose condition and was not able to get help because of a very arrogant and rude staff… and doctor.
