Dr. Stephen Christian Dalm, DO

Dr. Stephen Dalm is the worst provider I've ever had,which has led to trust issues with other providers.I would consider it malpractice.I was so surprised because I had heard such good things about his partner,Dr. Nisha McKenzie,who seems the complete opposite of him(in the best way).First,he disagree to do my hysterectomy until I was in a relationship(with a man) and required that this man approve MY surgery before he would conduct(when I likely wouldn't survive long enough to be able to meet one with my condition).He was also unable to find any of my records of visits and procedures to transfer,that caused me to have to pay out of pocket to do it all again since insurance wouldn't cover it twice.His staff was amazing and apologetic,but something in their eyes told me that they were suffering too.Everything about the office felt off and wrong during my visit, as if women were being oppressed not just in the patient room.No wonder he has to provide mental health services in his office.

I would recommend Dr. Dalm to anybody! My appointments are never rushed. He always takes the time to listen to my questions, facilitates a thorough diagnosis process, and provides me with adequate information for all my treatment options. Gynecological concerns are difficult to discuss, but my concerns are always handled with great professionalism and sensitivity. All the staff at the clinic are wonderful! I've never met a dr. with better bedside manner than Dr. Dalm.

I had an exceptional appointment and the staff treated me very well. I love Dr Dalm and have seen him for years-he always takes care of my needs. I refer my friends and family whenever I can!
