If you need an office that will be quick in scheduling a procedure, look elsewhere. It took over 3 weeks to get the procedure scheduled and when it finally was, it was 3.5 weeks out. My husband is enduring so much pain waiting. It is also taking over a month to get the FMLA papers filled out for work. My job closed my case while i waited for the forms. I will have to reopen when i finally get the forms.

Like many of the other reviews here, this office has a complete disrespect for your time. My appointment was scheduled for 4pm (office closes at 5pm). Due to covid you are supposed to arrive early and check-in from your car. They then call you when it's your turn. I arrived at 340 checked in and waited....and waited....and waited. At 440pm almost an hour later I called to get an update, but I was forwarded to "an after hours " voicemail. I was forced to go inside. They apologized and said he was running behind. I was worried they forgot about me, it would have been nice to be told while sitting in my car for an hour with the 100 degree heat. They told me it would be about 15 more minutes and I could wait in the waiting room. 10 min passed and they called me back into a room. I was told the doctor would be in soon. I sat there, in the room, alone for and hour and twenty minutes! Nobody checked in with me, nobody updated me....I just sat there. I could hear the cleaning… service cleaning the rooms, again I thought they forgot I was even there! It was well past their closing time and I was tired of waiting. I went to the front desk to cancel, get a refund, and leave. Suddenly they all seemed very concerned I was leaving and told me it was almost my turn. I told them I didn't want to see this Dr anymore and would find someone else. They tried multiple times to reschedule me before accepting I didn't want to be seen there. Any office with this little respect for patients time isn't somewhere I want to deal with regularly or seek medical help from. All in all I was there almost 3 hours and never saw a doctor.

I was operated on by Dr Dobkin on 12/5 after having been admitted through the emergency room on 12/4. Dr Dobkin is a real professional. He addressed my immediate need and also gave me a solution for an ongoing concern which was never addressed by a different urologist. Trying to get in touch with his office now to discuss a post operative procedure has been a nightmare.

After Calling for several weeks and going nowhere I decided to go in person to the Doctors Office. I talked to his medical assistant Yilaika about a doctor I was enquiring about. I called that doctors office and found out that she lied to me. So sad!

I was sitting in the office for an hour this morning .. I told her , the receptionist.. when I walked in I had to make a trip to Jacksonville after . A man before me came out of the room and had been there since early in the morning and he was mad because he had been in the room for and hour and still hadn’t been seen .. my time is worth a lot when I have to sit and wait and wait .. I walked out with out saying any thing to girls at desk after I told them once I was waiting a long time .. I got a phone call on my way home and they were looking for me . I think it’s rude to have to wait that long of a time . I love this Dr so much but the people that make the appointments are ruining his reputation

Horrible practice. Long wait time, sometimes 3-4 hours. Appointment time means nothing. And when the time pressure is on, the doctor has one hand on the door knob. I fired this practice and recommend avoiding it for above reasons.

I had two appointments to see Dr. Dobkin. The first visit was very cursory, and brief, even though I have an enlarged prostate. I felt brushed off, and left the exam room with a comment, "I see you in six months". I kept that next appointment promptly at 1:15 PM recently. Upon entering the facility it was full of waiting patients. There were no vacant seats, and there was a wait at the check in counter as well. At 1:30 I finally get the routine paper work and forms to fill out with a pen, but no place to sit. I noticed other patients filling out their forms leaning against the wall. So I did the same. I scanned the room and counted around 20-25 people sitting, and about 8-10 standing. I returned to the admit clerk, and asked about the approximate wait for me? She replied " it will be at least an hour or more". I said to her "but, I had a 1:15 appointment, now is almost 2:00PM. It is irresponsible to schedule appointments that exceed capacity. This is not… acceptable." She replied "I can give you another appointment for 8:00AM and you can be first." That could be good for me but for all the other patients, who are scheduled later will be suffering like it is happening today. I have decided to fire Mr. Dobkin on the spot, and left the practice for good.
